About the role as Bookkeeper Assistant
Agnieszkatax is seeking a Bookkeeper Assistant with experience to help on main bookkeeping duties. Bookkeeper Assistant will be responsible for carry-out and manage office matters including administration, accounts receivables, accounts payable, payroll reports duties and keeping deadlines.

Main duties:

Bookkeeping
-
Accounts receivable and payable
-
Bank reconciliation
-
Preparing Payroll
-
Keeping deadlines
-
General administrative duties
​
Require skills:
-
At least part qualified accountant ( Level 3 AAT, ACCA, or equivalent) or bookkeeper qualifications.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Experience in a similar role (preferred)

Speaking and writing in polish - essential

Problem solver, ability to work alone, self-motivated, detail orientated, polite, accurate, diligent
