About the role as Bookkeeper Assistant

Agnieszkatax is seeking a Bookkeeper Assistant with experience to help on main bookkeeping duties. Bookkeeper Assistant will be responsible for carry-out and manage office matters including administration, accounts receivables, accounts payable, payroll reports duties and keeping deadlines.

Main duties:

  1. Dealing with clients

  2. Preparing Payroll

  3. Accounts receivable and payable

  4. Bookkeeping

  5. Bank reconciliation

  6. Keeping deadlines

  7. General administrative duties

Require skills:

  • At least part qualified accountant ( Level 3 AAT, ACCA, or equivalent) or bookkeeper qualifications.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

  • Experience in a similar role (preferred)

  • Speaking and writing in polish - essential

  • Problem solver, ability to work alone, self-motivated, detail orientated, polite, accurate, diligent
